Physical Education

The Physical Education Department provides an opportunity for each student to play a variety of team sports in order to learn sportsmanship and team unity in a way that reflects a Godly character. Personal fitness is stressed as a life-long goal.  Each student must learn to evaluate his or her individual fitness level and learn ways to improve.  Students are taught that improvement of both body and mind is necessary for a healthy life.  The P.E. "uniform" is black shorts, red t-shirts, black sweat pants, gray sweatshirts, and athletic shoes.
