The Bible Department’s goals are fourfold: to provide Christian students with the “knowledge of the Lord” that is the beginning of Wisdom (Proverbs 1:7), to give students the necessary information for them “to give to every man an answer” in defense of their faith (1 Pet. 3:15), to encourage them in sound doctrine (Titus 1:9), and to exhort them to obey the Scriptures.
